BEAT END OF DAY BLAHS

By the time the day ends, you’re bushed- and that’s just when you need energy for your family and friends most. You can beat the end-of-day energy drain by taking 10 minute breaks every 90 to 120 minutes during the day. Grab a smoothie, do a few simple stretches, sprint up the stairs- whatever boosts your energy and gives your mind and body a break from the grind.
